Books on Wheels Program

Do you know someone who loves to read but is physically unable to get to the library? Then try Books on Wheels, a program offered by the Friends of the Rockland Library. Here is how it works:

  1. Call the library at 594-0310 and let us know how we can help you. If you do not have a library card the staff will sign you up.
  2. Request a title or one of the staff will gladly recommend something just right for you. The Library has LARGE PRINT books, audiobooks, and videos!
  3. A volunteer will deliver your book to you and collect it when it is due. This is a free community service for Rockland-area residents, sponsored by the Friends of the Rockland Library and the library staff.
