Meeting Rooms

Consider renting a meeting room at the library for your next meeting, program, or birthday party.  Call for room availability (594-0310).  Payment is due before we can schedule the room.

Board Room.  The rate for the Board room is $5 per hour, or $10 if food is served.  Max capacity 15.

Friends' Community Room.  The rate for the Friends' Community Room is $10 per hour, or $20 if A/V equipment is used or if food is served.  The audio visual equipment includes VCR & DVD to project videos, and computer hookups for slide show presentations.  Maximum capacity 75. 

Security Deposits.  A refundable $50 security deposit is required for use of the a/v equipment.  Please write a separate check for this.
